Speedy Baked Beans

Ingredients
  1. 1 can (28 oz/796 mL) pork and beans in tomato sauce
  2. 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed 60 mL
  3. 1⁄4 cup ketchup 60 mL
  4. 3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 45 mL
  5. 1 tbsp dried minced onion 15 mL
  6. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 15 mL
  7. Salt and black pepper to taste
  8. 1 tsp dry mustard 5 mL
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in an 8-cup (2 L) casserole dish. Mix well.
  2. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 to 40 minutes; or heat thoroughly on stovetop or in microwave. Serves 4.

  1. Serve with Quick Molasses Brown Bread (page 53).
