Serve with rice and Best of Bridge Romaine with Oranges and Pecans
- Pork back ribs
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Seasoning salt
- Garlic salt
- Dried tarragon or oregano
- Remove skin from underside of ribs. Place on broiler pan and broil on both sides to remove excess fat.
- Squeeze lemon juice liberally over ribs and then sprinkle the seasonings to your heart's content.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serves as many as you want it to.
