Greek Ribs

This recipe first appeared in Grand Slam. As with many of the original Best of Bridge recipes, measurements and directions are sparse but the flavour is all there!

Serve with rice and Best of Bridge Romaine with Oranges and Pecans

  1. Pork back ribs
  2. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  3. Seasoning salt
  4. Garlic salt
  5. Dried tarragon or oregano
  1. Remove skin from underside of ribs. Place on broiler pan and broil on both sides to remove excess fat.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice liberally over ribs and then sprinkle the seasonings to your heart's content.
  3. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Serves as many as you want it to.
