	Salad
			- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
 - 1 large tomato, cut in wedges
 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
 - 1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings
 - 1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
 - 1⁄4 cup Greek olives (kalamata) 60 mL
 - 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese 125 mL
 
Dressing
			- 6 tbsp olive oil 90 mL
 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 30 mL
 - 1 tsp dried oregano 5 mL
 - Salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
			- Combine all salad ingredients, except feta cheese, in a large salad bowl.
 - Beat dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over salad, toss well and sprinkle on feta cheese.
 - Serves 8.
 
Notes
			- She calls her car "flattery" because it gets her nowhere.
