Tomato Cheese Bake

Fast and tasty.


  1. 4 large tomatoes, sliced
  2. Salt and black pepper to taste
  3. 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise 125 mL
  4. 6 green onions, chopped
  5. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 250 mL
  6. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 250 mL
  1. In a shallow baking dish, arrange sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread mayonnaise over tomatoes and top with chopped green onions. Cover with the two cheeses.
  3. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
  4. Serves 6.
