A fave!! Serve with crusty bread or crackers
- 8 oz. (250 g) Stilton cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 oz. 9125 g) cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- Bring Stilton, butter and cream cheese to room temperature. Add all ingredients to food processor and mix. Place in small bowl and refrigerate until serving time.
