Sangria à la Moe

We have no idea how many this will serve – you know your friends better than we do!

Print
Ingredients
  1. 4 bottles (each 750 mL) red sangria wine
  2. 1 bottle (750 mL) good dry red wine
  3. 1 bottle (750 mL) good dry white wine
  4. 12 oz inexpensive brandy 375 mL
  5. 3 cups ginger ale 750 mL
  6. 3 oranges
  7. 3 limes
  8. 3 lemons
Instructions
  1. The day before serving, combine all liquid ingredients in a large plastic or glass container (do not use aluminum). Slice fruit thinly and add to liquid. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to mellow (the way you and your friends will feel when imbibing this brew).
Notes
  1. Most people guesstimate that a 750ml bottle of wine includes five, 150 ml (5 oz) pours. Based on this logic, we guesstimate that this sangria recipe should provide 30 - 40 drinks.
