Hot Artichoke Dip

  1. Hot Artichoke Dip

  1. 1 – 14 oz. can artichoke hearts 398ml
  2. drained & chopped
  3. 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  4. cheese 125ml
  5. 1 cup mayonnaise 250ml
  6. 1 garlic clove, minced
  7. dash lemon juice
  1. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers

    Shouldn’t there be some cream cheese in this?

      Hi Terry, thanks for your message. Our tasty recipe uses mayonnaise in the base, though we are aware of other artichoke dip recipes that use cream cheese. Give our recipe a try!

    re your hot artichoke Dip. you mention in a post that sour cream forms the base of the dip. however, I don’t see it listed as one of the ingredients – just the mayo. am I missing something here? thanks
