Who would think you could be this organized so early in the a.m.!!

Ingredients:
20 frozen dough rolls (or 1 frozen bread loaf, thawed (approx. 1 hour) until sliceable and cut into 12 pieces
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding
1-2 Tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/4-1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:
Before you put the cat out and turn off the lights, grease a 10" bundt pan and add frozen rolls. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and raisins. Pour melted butter over all. Cover with a clean, damp cloth. (leave out at room temperature). Turn out the lights and say goodnight!

In the morning, preheat oven to 350 F. and bake for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and then turn out on a serving plate. Now, aren't you clever?

Gas prices are so high I asked for five dollars worth and the attendant sprayed a little behind my ear.

These are the best cinnamon rolls IN THE WORLD!! My kids BEG for these (and I have teens down to a 1yo) - what does that tell you? I love that the middle rolls are kind of gooey and the outside ones are much firmer - everybody gets exactly the kind of cinnamon roll they want b/c of that. I also made these for a big party my oldest dd threw the morning after prom, and these were the biggest hit of the whole thing - I've had kids' moms calling me to ask for this recipe since then! These are our Christmas morning tradition!!!

We make these for weekend mornings at the cabin. Be sure to grease the Bundt pan well with Pam. I found that the damp cloth to cover is important for best results. Always use the Rhodes bread rolls, and they've never exploded or spilled over. Our family likes these withOUT the raisins. Thanks for a great recipe!

altho' i had a huge sugary mess covering the bottom of my oven when these were done - it was worth it. next year i will prepare for it - as they do ooze over the top - i will use less rolls next time - or a bigger pan! still - yummy!

I must have used the wrong rolls because 20 would not fit into my pan so I only used 12 and the thing basically exploded over the sides. It was a huge mess. What we did manage to salvage tasted delicious though. Any advice on what frozen rolls to use?

I make this for our annual Christmas brunch and every Christmas morning, my kids gobble these up in no time. Sometimes I don't have the vanilla pudding and just skip it and it still tastes GREAT! yum, yum yum

Amazingly easy and tasty, and they smell delicious when cooking. Definitely a must for any brunch.

It's a good idea to wrap some tinfoil around the bottom of the pan, just in case any of the butter oozes out.
