Fantastic Fudge Brownies

Men love them - so do children - and Mom's not on diets!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
2 cups icing sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 - 4 Tbsp. boiling water
2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:
Cream sugar, cocoa and butter. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour and fold in walnuts. Bake in greased 9"x13" pan at 350 F. for 40 - 45 minutes. Top will appear to be underdone (falls in middle) but don't overcook.

To make icing: Mix ingredients together with electric beater while brownies are cooking. Spread icing on top of brownies immediately after removing from oven so it will melt into a shiny glaze.

I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something.

Brownies to die for! Crispy on top and soft in the center! I added chunks of dark chocolate when I stirred in the nuts - really nice addition. My health conscious husband is berating me for making something so good that he can't keep his hands off!

These are delicious. Super easy to put together and they turned out moist and chewy - just like a brownie should be. I cut some into squares and froze them and they even taste delicious right out of the freezer.

These brownies are hands down the best I've ever made AND eaten! They were so easy to put together! I made them for a dinner for a cocktail get-together for my husband's co-workers and they went crazy over them! Everyone took some home! Normally brownies turn out dry when I make them, but these were so moist and flavorful. They will definitely be a staple with our family!
