Pizza Crust
The Best of the Best - Vol. 1 (Page: 122)
That's Trump (Page: 96)

Put this together when you come home from work - takes about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup warm water 125ml
1 Tbsp. active dry yeast (1 pkg.) 15ml
1 tsp. sugar 5ml
1 1/2 cups flour 375ml
1/4 tsp. salt 1ml
1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal 15ml
1 Tbsp. olive oil 15ml
cornmeal to sprinkle

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450F (230C). Lightly oil a 12" (30cm) pizza pan. In a small bowl, mix warm water, yeast and sugar together. Let sit until yeast activates, about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt and cornmeal. Add yeast mixture and olive oil and knead to a smooth dough, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle a work surface with cornmeal and roll dough into a 13" (33cm) circle and place on pizza pan. Crimp edges and add your favorite toppings. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Makes 1 - 12" (30cm) pizza.

If you can't swim, is it really necessary to wait a half an hour after eating before you go in the water.

Pizza Crust - This was easy and tasty. I used some wholewheat flour mixed with the white. I didn't have cornmeal, but it still turned out great. I wanted pizza the next night again!!!!!
