Hot Artichoke Dip

If you love it – serves 1! Otherwise serves 6

Ingredients:
1 – 14 oz. can artichoke hearts 398ml
drained & chopped
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
cheese 125ml
1 cup mayonnaise 250ml
1 garlic clove, minced
dash lemon juice

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers
